Tyson Properties celebrated our 10th Anniversary in 2007. Eleven years ago our owner Bob Huneycutt retired from the United States Air Force and started managing rental property for some of his former military associates. Today Mr. Huneycutt is a former president of the Albuquerque Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, (NARPM). Tyson Properties has seven full time licensed and experienced property managers. We currently manage over one thousand homes. Tyson Properties strives to provide superior service and peace of mind to our clients.

Tyson Properties specializes in managing single family homes throughout the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area. Tyson Properties does not manage apartments, duplex or triplex units. Tyson Properties does not participate in the Section 8 housing program. We also have a licensed and professional sales staff that can assist you in finding that perfect home or rental investment. Our 4000 square foot building is located downtown Albuquerque within one mile of the major interchange. Our facility is located within two blocks of Albuquerque's three court houses and we are only twenty five minutes from any destination in the metro area.
